JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for managing fabric samples and specifications, inspecting and monitoring the shaping processes in the factory, as well as arranging and transferring fabric samples to the LAB for testing. Simultaneously, you will prepare reports, update dyeing and finishing processes and data from the weaving factory, and organize, classify, and store fabric samples.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and exchanging technical requests, orders, and documents from client partners.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with various departments (sales, production, import/export, warehouse, etc.) to ensure order deadlines are met.
- Compile and report order and production status to management.
- Assist in resolving issues that arise during the order processing.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager.
