JOB DETAILS: The General Accountant position is seeking candidates with a college or university degree in Business Accounting, with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with experience working in a manufacturing company are preferred.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Calculate and check the cost.
- Calculating depreciation of tools, equipment, and fixed assets.
- Compare and verify detailed and summary accounts.
- Declare work-in-progress expenses at the end of the month.
- Loan applications and bank transactions
- Monthly cash flow forecast
- Monthly (internal) financial profit and loss report
- Monthly VAT and personal income tax reports
- Monthly reports on short-term and medium-term loans to the State Bank of Vietnam.
- Monthly Production Data Report from the Bureau of Statistics
- Monthly production data report from the Economic Zone Management Board.
- Annual VAT refund
- Annual personal income tax settlement
- Annual Corporate Income Tax Settlement
- Annual Customs Settlement
- Annual financial report
- Annual Statistics Report
- ETB - ETF - ETJ Related Transaction Report
- Reports as requested by the Board of Directors
REQUEST:- Qualifications: College or University degree in Business Accounting
- At least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a manufacturing company.
- Honest, careful, hardworking
- To succeed in this role, the necessary skills include: experience with Data Analysis, knowledge of Excel for Auditing, and a strong understanding of Financial Reporting.
