Job description
I - Tax part
In charge and responsible for the company's tax reporting documents:
- Accounting documents on the software, fully completing the documents accompanying the documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations.
- Accounting for bank arising data and receiving bank supplementary books, checking the completeness of statements, debit notices + UNC, clipped reports and archived according to regulations.
- Accounting for arising economic transactions in accordance with: accounting standards, accounting regime, accounting law, relevant tax law regulations; Prepare depreciation entries for fixed assets, allocate prepaid expenses, and account for bank interest rates; VAT transfer; and other related economic operations; Calculate the results of production and business activities periodically according to regulations.
- Plan to balance quarterly business results and annual settlement, always clearly understand and control expected profits and taxes payable according to set norms.
- Review cost items and norms, propose optimal cost and profit options for the company.
- Provide financial statements and important data to combined departments such as banks, sales departments, project records departments... when necessary.
- Print, complete books and documents, close books and send to chief accountant for quarterly inspection.
- Store scientific documents, easy to find and look up.
- Prepare and submit reports according to tax regulations on time, ensuring accuracy.
- Responsible for tax finalization during tax settlement and audit periods.
II - Internal part:
- Reviewing incurred payments, revenue and expenditure operations, cash withdrawal/deposit, bank UNC.
- Perform banking-related operations: loan disbursement, guarantee...
- Carry out internal reports according to regulations.
Candidate requirements
- Education level: Graduated from college/university, major: Accounting, finance
- Priority to have Chief Accountant certificate
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in general accounting, experience in tax finalization
