Job Description

- Job details:

Document management & data entry
Check the warehouse receipts, invoices, and related documents.
Record all transactions fully and accurately.
Ensure that all documents are fully signed and stored according to regulations.
- Inventory tracking and control
Compare the data from the accounting software with the actual data in the warehouse (daily/weekly/monthly).
Track goods and raw materials by item code, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable).
Alert relevant departments about low stock levels, long-standing inventory, and products nearing their expiration date.
- Inventory & Reporting
Coordinate with the warehouse manager to conduct regular and unscheduled inventory checks.
Prepare an inventory report, document any discrepancies (if any), and propose solutions.
Prepare inventory reports, including import-export-stock reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Coordination & Support
Coordinate with the Supply Department to control the flow of goods.
Providing general accounting support related to inventory.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from college/university with a major in: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in a warehouse accounting/inventory control position.
Proficient in Excel (vlookup, etc.).
Understanding warehouse management processes and inventory accounting principles.
Careful, honest, and responsible; good data reconciliation skills.
Preference: Candidates with experience in e-commerce or manufacturing.
