Job Description

Regularly update the status of goods in the warehouse, plan import and export of goods based on demand and consumption levels.
Directly participate in checking the quantity of imported and exported goods in the warehouse, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of goods are imported. Responsible for the quantity of imported and exported goods and the goods receipt.
Coordinate with the Warehouse to periodically check all raw materials and goods in the Warehouse to classify and handle damaged or expired goods.
Prepare inventory reports and propose corrective actions if discrepancies between actual and book data are discovered.
Review the quantity of goods exported from the warehouse compared with the prescribed warehouse standards.
Monthly coordinate with warehouse and kitchen managers to take inventory of goods in the warehouse and kitchen and prepare reports to send to the Board of Directors.
Check the validity of all documents such as delivery contracts, raw material delivery orders, warehouse delivery orders before import and export.
Check and resolve all cases of material shortage, quantity deviation, quality deviation within the scope of authority or report to superiors for resolution.
Responsible for entering data and documents into the accounting system, sales system and warehouse management system of the enterprise.
Working location: Happy Land Service Complex - 139 Dam Quang Trung, Long Bien, Hanoi.
