Job Description

 Transact to understand customer needs, approach customers in projects who need to use Iron and Steel.
 Receive and process orders, implement iron and steel purchasing and sales tasks. Receive and process customer orders via email, direct transactions...
 Coordinate ordering and delivery: Consolidate orders; Monitor import - export - inventory of goods to proactively sell and purchase supplies and production materials when needed; Track orders, deliver on schedule, create accurate delivery records for each order.
 Manage customer profile information, Receive all feedback from customers
 Taking care of old customers, looking for new customers.
 Implement control and management of customer receivables to ensure work always runs smoothly
 Update sales data, check the authenticity of sales reports of sales staff.
 Synthesize, analyze data and prepare sales reports by day, week, month, quarter and year.
