JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for performing administrative human resources tasks including managing employee records, employment contracts, tracking attendance, calculating payroll, and employee benefits. It also involves supporting recruitment efforts, drafting administrative documents, and preparing periodic reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform administrative and human resources tasks: manage employee records, employment contracts, and contract addendums.
- Tracking attendance, calculating salaries, annual leave, social insurance, and other benefits for employees.
- Execute the recruitment process: post job openings, search for resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees.
- Drafting, archiving, and distributing administrative documents, decisions, and internal announcements.
- Track personnel changes, resignation records, transfers, and contract renewals.
- Support in factory evaluation and social responsibility documentation (BSCI/audit).
- Prepare periodic reports related to labor, social insurance, and workplace accidents.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college/university with a major in Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in an HR position is required.
- Mastering Labor Law, Social Insurance, and basic Compensation and Benefits procedures.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Careful, honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Possesses strong communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, and excellent interdepartmental support.
