JOB DETAILS I. Recruitment (70%)
- Receive recruitment needs, plan recruitment, collect candidate profiles, contact, arrange interviews, and carry out the process of welcoming new employees;
- Develop sales staff system and BO block
II. Administrative work (30%)
- Support training materials;
- Integration training for new employees;
- Personnel tracking
- Perform human resource management: timekeeping, tracking personnel changes, creating labor contracts, managing personnel records, monitoring, evaluating/rewarding/disciplining, ...;
- Perform other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
- Manage/purchase assets, stationery, office equipment,
- Organize, store and manage all systems of official documents, papers, contracts, files, and related human resource policies;
- Develop a set of management procedures/regulations in the Company;
- Perform other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
Candidate requirements: - 02 years experience in Human Resources Administration
- Proficient in office skills, especially knowing how to make powerpoint.
- Hardworking, agile, able to withstand work pressure
- Good looking
Interest:- Salary 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 + bonus
