Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
The job involves coordinating vehicle schedules, managing drivers, handling incidents, and supporting other operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Record schedules, check schedules, compile schedules, and hand them over to drivers for replacement or loading. Monitor and ensure drivers adhere to their assigned schedules.
  • Assemble and check drivers picking up passengers during the first few days of the contract or short-term schedule. Check the driver's bills, tickets, etc., during the first 5 days of the contract and during the first month, depending on the conditions, to ensure the driver has correctly and completely recorded the documents.
  • When an incident involving a driver occurs, communicate with and urge the driver to submit an incident report. Verify and cross-check the driver's information and prepare an initial incident report for the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager to guide the next steps.
  • Perform other related tasks such as: organizing team meetings, arranging and supervising driver training, or other driver-related duties.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
  • Assisting the operations manager: Checking and scheduling drivers and sales or customers (according to the operations manager's schedule).

REQUEST:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or related fields.
  • English: English proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with more than 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Honest, enthusiastic, responsible, and serious about work.
  • Hardworking, proactive in learning about services, possessing a strong customer service attitude, and capable of working in a team.
  • In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Operations Management skills and proficiency in English.
  • In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Operations, Transportation, and Transportation Coordination.
