Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position requires contacting overseas clients and agents to arrange bookings and bills of lading, as well as handling import duties and working with relevant parties to resolve any issues that arise. The candidate will also monitor and report CIF shipments and other reports to clients and management. The work location is at 15th Street, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contact overseas customers and agents to arrange bookings and bills of lading.
  • Perform import tasks: check documents, submit manifest, enter cost-sale into the system, prepare quotations, issue Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders, extend working time with shipping lines, etc.
  • Working with shipping lines, depots, POL, customers, warehouses, and truck drivers to handle cases of damaged containers.
  • Track and report CIF shipments to customers.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients and management.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.
  • To contact customers & oversea agents to arrange bookings.
  • To do inbound duties: check documents, submit manifest, input costsale on system, prepare quotation, release Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, extend free time with carriers, ...
  • To work with shipping liners, depot, POL, customers, warehouses & truckers to solve damaged containers.
  • To follow up & report CIF shipments for customers.
  • To make daily-weekly-monthly reports to customers & managers.
  • To handle other works requested by Manager.


REQUEST:
  • Candidates who can arrange an interview will be hired immediately. (Candidates with no/inexperienced experience please do not submit your CV).
  • Gender: Female.
  • Graduated from college or university.
  • Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the logistics field, especially working with shipping lines.
  • English proficiency is sufficient for working via email, reading comprehension, basic communication, and using Microsoft Office.
  • Careful, proactive, and flexible in working with clients, shipping companies, etc.
  • Requirement: Candidates must be available for interview and able to start work immediately.
  • Gender: female.
  • University or College graduated.
  • 0.5- or 1-years experiences in logistics especially in working with shipping liners.
  • English & Microsoft Office are required.
