Job Description

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, E-manifest and Debit notes to customers. Input shipments information into the company systems.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, E-manifest and Debit notes to customers.
Input shipments information into the company systems.
Track shipping status and update to customer timely
Address and resolve customer requests and complaints with great care.
Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred.
Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures.
Execute tasks assigned by manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents
Assist management with any special tasks assigned

YÊU CẦU:

College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics or international trade
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Chinese languages skill are an advantage
More than 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
Knowledge of handling air/sea shipments.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit.
Ứng viên nên trang bị các kỹ năng như: làm việc nhóm.
Để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc, cần có hiểu biết về: nhân viên chứng từ, xuất nhập khẩu.
