JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive incoming calls from customers to support services, card procedures through toll stations, card top-up, traffic account opening registration, errors through the station (Epass non-stop toll station support hotline)
- Handling customer feedback and complaints
-Receive and answer customer calls
-Answer and resolve customer calls proactively to the switchboard
-Full office work, no need to meet customers directly;
- No need to go to the market - No sales pressure
- No laptop required
INTEREST:
- Season: 270k/ Day
- Fixed salary: 5,400,000 VND + bonus + overtime... Average income from 6-8 million
- Training immediately to work immediately
WORKING TIME:
+ Shift 1: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
+ Shift 2: 14:30 - 22:00
+ Shift Time (08:00 - 17:30) (Lunch break from 12:00 - 13:30)
1 day off a week
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with at least TC, students waiting for degree... No distinction of major
- Pleasant voice
- No experience will be trained
- No distinction between men and women
