Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
Do you love games, enjoy communicating, and want to work in a young, dynamic environment Join Redfox now! Redfox Studio Nha Trang is hiring 5 Customer Service Representatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Player support is available via Fanpage and Discord.
Answering questions about events, gameplay, game bug troubleshooting, account bugs, and payment errors.
Gather feedback and collaborate with the team to improve the user experience.

REQUEST:

Male/Female, energetic, cheerful, and good communicator.
Age: 20-30 years old, graduated from vocational school or higher.
Proficient in computer skills, including using Google Sheets, Forms, Word, and Excel.
Basic English skills required, basic knowledge of AI (GPT).
Priority: Passionate about games, knowledgeable in RPG and Idle game genres.

Salary from: 5,000,000 VND/month
Probation period: 2 months
