JOB DETAILS:
Searching for customers, providing customer care and advice through the company's website, fanpage, group, Zalo, etc. Advising on software, guiding customers on how to use the software, and installing software for customers upon purchase. Advising customers on digital marketing strategies and solutions when using the company's products and services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare reports and perform tasks as required and directed by superiors.
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
+ Saturday: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
REQUEST:
- Age range: 20 - 27 years old
