Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for processing payments, arranging merchandise, checking inventory, and ensuring smooth operations at the Sunmart store. Simultaneously, they must maintain a warm and professional attitude towards customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process payments when customers make purchases at Sunmart.
Refill goods, arrange goods on shelves.
Receive goods from the supplier and enter them into the system.
Perform duties according to the regulations and work procedures at Sunmart store.
Make sure the cash in the safe is correct at the end of the shift.
Clean the shelves, clean the products, clean the store.
Check product expiration dates, report missing items, and create price tags.
Receive complaints, incidents, and issues arising from customers.
Always maintain an enthusiastic and cheerful attitude when interacting with customers, and prioritize the customer in all situations.

REQUEST:

Age range: 18 - 45 years old.
Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma.
Commitment to stay for at least one year.
It is possible to work rotating shifts and have flexible branch assignments.
I enjoy sales and interacting with customers.
Neat, honest, diligent, and responsible in their work.
Good health.
Work shifts: 6 days a week with 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts (selectable).
Full-time shifts include: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 6pm-2am.
Two-month probationary period.

BENEFITS RECEIVED:

Basic hourly wage: 31,200 VND/hour.
Probationary salary: receive 85% of the basic salary.
Four days of leave per month and twelve days of annual leave.
Night shift allowance (10 PM - 2 AM): +5,000 VND/hour.
Daily wage during Tet/Lunar New Year: 300%.
Birthday bonuses, bonuses for special occasions (March 8th, October 20th).
Entitled to days off on public holidays as stipulated by the government.
Social insurance and health insurance schemes are governed by the provisions of the Labor Law.
Opportunity to be promoted to cave chief, area supervisor.
