Job Description

WORK CONTENT
- Greet customers and assist guests.
- Lead customers to store shelves and recommend items based on their needs.

- Provide product information to advise customers.
- Assist guests in making choices by building trust, offering suggestions and a variety of options.
- Create or update customer information.
- Calculate the total order and proceed to pay through the methods supported in the store.
- Inform customers about future popular discounts, promotions and items.

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Answer questions and inquiries from guests.

- Support customers to try on, check or try out products/services, etc. v
