Job Description

- Receive order requests from customers, summarize information and request accounting/warehousing departments to process.

- Closely follow customer requirements to provide information about goods, documents and receive information about after-sales services: such as CO/CQ/warranty, contract, delivery receipt for quick payment.

- Calculate shipping options to customers and give the plan to the Sales Manager.

- Request orders, or plan to arrange according to customer needs.

- Update daily market quotes (through daily sales channels or through feedback from foreign importers if any)
