- Job details:

Handling the company's financial transactions, including creating invoices, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, etc.
Control documents and invoices, ensuring their validity and accuracy.
Storing and securing business documents and information.
Check accounts receivable and forward the information to the accounting department.
Salary calculation and social insurance declaration.
Report directly on weekly and monthly work progress to your immediate supervisor.
Create debit notes, send them to customers, and update them on payment progress.
Compile monthly/quarterly invoices and supporting documents and work with the company's tax accountant.
Ensure compliance with departmental and company regulations. Report directly on work progress weekly and monthly to your immediate supervisor.

- Job requirements:

Requires 6 months to 1 year of experience.
English speaking and writing skills are at a good level (will be further improved in the workplace).
Careful, meticulous, proactive, and dedicated to the job.
Proficient in office computer skills: MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Graduates from colleges/universities in economics, finance, accounting, etc.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Capable of working in a team.
Highly responsible and able to handle work pressure.
