About the Position
We are hiring on behalf of our clients, a growing international company seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to support user acquisition and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital advertising and enjoys testing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for better business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Meta advertising campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Research target audiences and identify opportunities scaling.
- Test different creative concepts, ad formats, and audience segments.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPM, frequency, learning phase) and take action quickly
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign assets.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and tracking issues.
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes and advertising best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience managing campaigns with CPA or ROAS objectives.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution tools (Pixels, Events, UTMs).
- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured testing and optimization processes.
