Job details:
- Managing and coordinating all operational activities on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Online Sales departments to ensure a smooth, accurate, and cost-effective process from order placement to processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Monitor, supervise, and improve operational metrics (SLA, order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate, warehouse performance, operating costs).
- Work directly with the warehouse, transportation, customer service, and accounting departments to ensure the best customer experience.
- Develop staffing plans, assign tasks, train, and evaluate the performance of the operations team.
- Collaborate with the technical department to operate the system, ensuring that processes are automated and data is accurately synchronized.
- Coordinate with e-commerce platforms and logistics partners to handle issues, complaints, or problems related to orders.
- Compile reports and statistics, and propose solutions to optimize operations, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Job requirements:
- Graduated from university with a major in Economics, Business Administration, E-commerce, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in e-commerce operations, preferably candidates who have worked at large retail chains, electronics, home appliances, or e-commerce platforms.
- Experienced in managing teams and coordinating multi-departmental activities (warehouse, transportation, customer service, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of online order processing procedures, management systems, and performance metrics.
- Capable of training, coaching, and developing teams, motivating them, and building a positive work ethic.
- Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and risk management skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and team training skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in running sales campaigns on major events (11.11, 12.12, Tet holiday, etc.).
