REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a production line or process (assembly field preferred).
- Capable of managing workers, monitoring production progress, and handling issues that arise on the production line.
- Highly responsible, meticulous, and able to withstand work pressure.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in a Japanese company environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and implement production plans as directed by superiors.
- Manage workers during the assembly process, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.
- Monitor the production process, promptly detecting and resolving any arising issues.
- Prepare production reports and report directly to superiors/Japanese personnel.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stable production operations.
WORKING HOURS
- 08:00 17:00
- Overtime is required, subject to change depending on production conditions.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary: 15,000,000 - 22,000,000 VND/month (Gross, depending on ability)
- Fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as required by Vietnamese law.
