JOB DETAILS:

Contact patients to schedule appointments and welcome them to the dental clinic.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a price list for dental services when a patient is present.
Collect payment from patients based on their medical records.
Taking photos of patients undergoing orthodontic treatment, dental implants, etc.
Coordinate with your assistant to procure dental supplies.
Clean and sweep the reception area.
Responsible for 8 types of medical textbooks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated from vocational school or college or higher.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Office computer skills.
Male preferred.
Working hours: Monday-Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (2-3 optional days off per month).
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities: Communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in interpersonal skills, awareness of appearance, and experience in customer relations.
To meet job requirements, knowledge of: Customer Care, Service Advisor skills, Customer Service understanding, administrative knowledge, and office administration skills are necessary.
