Mechanical Prototyping Engineer - NPI Engineer (Working in Cu Chi)
Work address: 21B, Nguyen Thi Chien Street, Cay Sop Hamlet, Tan An Hoi Commune.
Salary: 15 - 25 million VND/month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Working hours: Monday - Saturday
Morning 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Afternoon 13:00 - 16:30
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Receive drawings, technical requirements, and documents from the R&D department.
* Analyze drawings, break down machining processes, and implement prototype production.
* Coordinate with the Laser, Bending, Stamping, Welding, Painting, and Assembly departments to produce prototypes.
* Monitor the progress of sample production and handle any technical issues that arise during manufacturing.
* Check the dimensions, structure, and functionality of the sample product against the drawing.
* Collaborate with QC to conduct sample inspection, evaluation, and acceptance testing.
* Prepare a report on the results of sample testing and propose improvements to optimize mass production.
* Update technical records, testing standards, and archive sample data.
* Support the production department during the transition from the prototype stage to mass production.
REQUEST
* Graduated from a college or university with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical processing, product development, or manufacturing engineering.
* Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software.
* Understanding of sheet metal processing technologies: Laser, CNC bending, Stamping, Welding, Powder coating.
* Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
* Possesses a sense of responsibility, proactively handles tasks, and collaborates effectively with other departments.
PRIORITIZE
* I have previously worked in companies that manufacture and export mechanical parts.
* Experienced in developing prototypes/NPI (National Product Prototype).
* Possesses basic technical English communication skills.
