JOB DETAILS- Construction planning and measures
- Coordinate and work with subcontractors in supplying materials, checking material quality, progress, and contract terms.
- Organize and implement construction plans, supervise construction activities to ensure progress, quality and safety.
- Good control of arising problems and risks during project implementation
- Other tasks required by QLTT/TBP
Request: 1. Professional qualifications: College/University graduate in Civil and Industrial Construction, Construction Engineering or related fields.
2. Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in supervising civil works, townhouses, villas. Have managed and supervised construction works. Priority is given to those with experience in doing complete projects from foundation to completion. Priority is given to those who have worked as a team leader/supervisor/site team leader.
3. Professional skills: Master the technical process of construction of items: foundation, rough, finishing, electricity, water, painting, basic interior. Proficient in reading and implementing technical drawings, shop drawings. Ability to check and control volume, quality, progress, safety at the construction site.
4. Soft skills and management Managing teams, subcontractors, organizing and assigning work effectively. Communicating well with customers, workers and internal engineers. High discipline, flexible handling of situations, working under pressure. Know how to use management tools: Excel, Zalo, basic AutoCAD
5. Style & ethics Honest, highly responsible, careful. Dedicated to the profession, knows how to maintain the company's image with customers. Work outside the construction site, can move flexibly according to the construction site.
