General information:

3. Job description:

Receive, check orders and issue VAT invoices according to regulations.
Track and update order status with sales and warehouse.
Control and periodically compare import - export - inventory data.
Support the Chief Accountant to prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT) and general accounting.
Store and manage invoices and related accounting documents.
Coordinate with departments to complete documents and handle arising issues related to invoices.

4. Job requirements:

Graduated from High School/College/University majoring in accounting, finance or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates who have worked in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) field.
Understanding of regulations on invoicing, VAT, and document storage procedures.
Good use of Excel and common accounting software.
Meticulous, careful, honest, highly responsible.
