1. Job Details

Organize, manage, and oversee all operations of the Accounting Department.
Establish, control, and improve the accounting system, books, and documents in accordance with Vietnamese law and the specific characteristics of export processing enterprises (EPEs) .
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports; and management reports as required by the Board of Directors.
Perform and supervise tax accounting tasks: VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, import and export taxes, and tax settlement with relevant authorities.
Monitor and manage operations related to import and export, customs, processing, export production, discrepancies in production quotas, and raw material inventory.
Working with tax authorities, customs, auditors, banks, and other relevant agencies.
Advising the Board of Directors on finance, expenses, cash flow, tax optimization, and risk control.
Manage, train, and evaluate personnel in the accounting department.
Reporting and discussing work with the Chinese management team in Chinese.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Possesses the required Chief Accountant certification.
Minimum 23 years of experience as Chief Accountant in an export processing enterprise.
In-depth knowledge of: Vietnamese accounting law, tax law, customs regulations, import and export taxes, and EPE.
Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Proficiency in accounting software (MISA/ERP/SAP is an advantage).
Honesty, carefulness, and systems thinking.
