Collect, synthesize, and process accounting data related to economic activities arising during the period of the enterprise such as: Payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, invoices, export vouchers, import vouchers,...
Check the reasonableness and validity of documents related to arising economic transactions, record accounts in related books.
Accounting for costs, revenue, tools, depreciation, debts, assets,...
Issue output invoices.
Prepare allocation table of short-term and long-term prepaid expenses, fixed assets, calculate and deduct, and account for depreciation of fixed assets.
Product costing
Perform period-end allocation and transfer entries
Make payment plan weekly/monthly, ensure balance of income/expenditure
Track and reconcile accounts receivable with customers and suppliers.
Prepare declarations and reports on VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, annual financial reports and detailed explanatory financial reports.
Prepare internal/administrative reports as required by managers and directors.
Compile and summarize accounting books and documents upon request.
Store, arrange and preserve documents and books in accordance with legal regulations.
Provide data and explanations to the board of directors or authorities upon request.
Advise the Board of Directors on tax regulations and accounting laws
