- GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Proficiently use financial software to complete monthly accounts, declare taxes, collect and spend foreign exchange, and process daily receipts and payments, clearly accounting for expenses, income, debts, depreciation, and VAT;
- Check arising provisions and compare detailed and summary figures between departments in the enterprise.
- Check the consistency of ending balances with voucher reports and ensure the balance between summary and detail figures.
- Check and verify supplier and customer debts, finalize data for suppliers to issue VAT invoices, and issue VAT invoices to customers; Prepare payment documents to send to customers, and make monthly payments to suppliers.
- Observe the company's debts including office and company-wide debts (marketing expenses, union funds, etc.) to propose provisions, identify and handle bad debts of the company.
- Make recommendations to improve accounting and reporting methods; store accounting data on software as required.
- Manage and purchase assets, equipment, tools and instruments of production departments.
- Collect, provide and explain data when there are urgent requests from superiors or state agencies.
- Human resources work: track attendance, manage seals, records, documents, draft official dispatches, labor contracts, calculate salaries, process monthly social insurance.
- Cooperate in developing and implementing company-wide rules and regulations.
- Manage records of company assets.
- APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
• Have 2 years or more experience in general accounting and human resources administration • Master all operations related to accounting and finance, have the ability to analyze and have an overview of the business's revenue and expenditure. • Proficient in accounting software. • Good communication skills, proficient in office software. • Know how to organize and handle work proactively, scientifically, quickly, enthusiastically, willing to learn, careful, and honest. • Skills to arrange, store, organize activities, and resolve situations.
