work content
- Receive and check all types of invoices and accounting documents.
- Control prices of purchased goods, control exported, imported goods and inventory monthly.
- Check and compare debts, make payment plans for suppliers within the prescribed time limit.
- Make monthly revenue, cost and profit reports.
- Control revenue and expenditure, cash inflow and outflow of the company.
- Monitor cash fund: money in, money out during the day.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, combined with departments to inventory the quantity of goods and inventory in warehouses and kitchens.
- Manage tool assets, coordinate with departments to record monthly data on damaged and broken tools.
- Calculate employee salaries.
- Make related tax reports.
- Other tasks as requested by management.
Work location:
R2-24 Bui Bang Doan, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an accounting position.
- Graduated from College/University.
- Master accounting operations.
- Proficient in using office information technology tools.
- Careful, honest, responsible at work.
Right:
-Salary from 10-14 million/month (negotiable based on ability and experience)
-Working hours: from 9am to 6pm, Monday - Friday
