- Organize accounting according to accounting regulations
- Manage invoices and vouchers, securely store accounting data, print accounting books according to regulations
- Check and compare data between internal units, detailed and aggregated data.
- Monitor and manage assets, liabilities and capital of the Company. Consulting for leaders to improve management requirements
- Gather and store accounting vouchers from accountants
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly and yearly internal management financial reports and send them to the Board of Directors and provide detailed explanations on time.
- Check accounting of receivables, payables and advances of accountants
- Be responsible for providing and explaining documents and documents at the request of the audit unit, leaders of the Department and the Company.
- Check and compare the reasonableness and validity of invoices and vouchers and update them on accounting software. At the same time, ensuring that the accounting is carried out accurately, honestly and fully with the accounting regime and current regulations of law.
- Collaborate with the design department to calculate the cost of works and items according to the project
- Implement revenue recognition for works and projects on schedule and according to regulations.
