Job Description

- JOB DETAILS:

Receive and review all incoming payment documents for the entire company (check the legality of all incoming invoices), record purchase transactions in the MISA accounting software, and manage and settle accounts payable with suppliers.
Record revenue - accurately control output prices, reconcile revenue with TikTok and Shopee platforms, and manage customer accounts receivable.
Accounting for bank income and expenses.
Accounting entries for salaries and prepaid expenses.
Organize and store payment records by date, in both hard copy and soft copy formats.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the chief accountant.
Assisting with tasks related to tax settlement.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

Education level/skills:

Graduated from college or university with a major in Accounting or Auditing.
Having experience using sales management software is an advantage.
Experience in warehouse accounting / internal control / platform admin is an advantage.

Attitude:

Be careful, honest, and responsible with the data.
Adherence to procedures, good communication, and coordination with other departments.

- WORK ADDRESS

Work location: Foresa 6, Xuan Phuong Ecological Residential Area, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi

- WORKING HOURS

Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Lunch break is from 12:00 to 13:30.
One Saturday off (of your choice) and one day of leave.
