    Job Description

    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

    Nhập phiếu nhập xuất hàng, xuất hóa đơn bán hàng và kê khai thuế GTGT, lập báo cáo tồn kho, báo cáo nhập xuất tồn.


    NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

    • Nhập phiếu nhập xuất hàng, xuất hóa đơn bán hàng và kê khai thuế GTGT.
    • Lập báo cáo tồn kho, báo cáo nhập xuất tồn.
    • Kiểm soát nhập xuất tồn kho.
    • Tham gia công tác kiểm kê kho định kỳ (hoặc đột xuất). Chịu trách nhiệm lập biên bản kiểm kê, biên bản đề xuất xử lý nếu có chênh lệch giữa sổ sách và thực tế.
    • Hạch toán doanh thu, giá vốn, công nợ.
    • Theo dõi công nợ, lập báo cáo công nợ theo định kỳ (tuần/tháng/quý/năm).
    • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Kế toán trưởng và Giám Đốc.

    YÊU CẦU:

  • Các kỹ năng chuyên môn đòi hỏi là: Báo Cáo Tài Chính, am hiểu Excel, sử dụng được Nhập Misa, thành thạo Phân Tích Báo Cáo, kèm theo đó là Xử Lý Số Liệu.
  • Chúng tôi tìm kiếm ứng viên sở hữu các năng lực như: nắm vững Công Nợ, hiểu biết về Kế Toán, nắm vững Kế Toán Kho, có kiến thức liên quan đến Kế Toán Nội Bộ, ngoài ra cũng có Kế Toán Tổng Hợp.
