Administration/Personnel - Translation

Read and understand Japanese project documents, participate in business analysis to clarify requirements.
Translate specialized IT documents (Japanese - Vietnamese, Vietnamese - Japanese).
Convey customer requirements correctly and completely to programming engineers and vice versa.
Write emails, chat, meet in person or via TV Conference with Japanese customers to report, communicate or discuss work issues.
