Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features
Act as a contact point with clients and internal team members (BA/ Dev/ QC) on project status, risks, and issues
Receive mentorship/ training from senior Scrum Master/ Project managers
Develop schedule and plans that support the business timelines, resources, milestones, and project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

Gender：Male/Female
Age：25~38
Education level：Any
Language：Japanese N2
No. of experienced year：At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
Japanese N2
Have strong interest or experience in IT industry (No coding skill is OK)
At least 1 year experience relating to Project management
Have knowledge or experience in Scrum Master/ Project Manager role
