Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring internal accountants; no experience needed. Working hours are 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break; off on Sundays and public holidays. Salary ranges from 8.5 million to 11 million VND, with salary review after probation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor daily income and expenses, track advances
Monitor and report accounts receivable and payable monthly
Calculate employee salaries monthly
Monitor and report inventory
Input VAT invoices, issue VAT invoices to customers
Maintain and store invoices and documents

REQUIREMENTS:

Male/female, intermediate accounting diploma or higher
21 to 57 years old
No experience required
Honest, detail-oriented, responsible
Proficient in accounting software (Misa), Excel
In terms of skills, candidates should have: Excel proficiency, no experience required, communication skills and caution.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Internal Accountant, Accountant and General Accountant.
