Job Description

Job Description:

Survey, analyze business requirements and determine functional requirements for software.

Prepare detailed requirements documents, coordinate with Dev, QA, PM to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.

Support system testing, handle problems arising during development.

Meet with Japanese customers/partners to clarify requirements and report progress.

Propose solutions to improve systems and work processes.

Project in Vietnam: system development.

Project in Japan: including PMO work (priority given to candidates with BA/PMO capabilities).

Request:

Fluent in Japanese (N1).

College graduate.

From 34 years of experience in BA, IT Comtor, BrSE or equivalent position.

Good understanding of system development process, good documentation & business analysis skills.

Proficient in Figma and requirements management tools.
Priority: Experience in PMO project response, English communication, working with multinational customers.
