Job Description

Job Details

Planning and implementing training programs:
- Participate in developing annual training plans for Software Testing courses.
- Coordinate with admissions department and other faculty to implement effective training programs.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on training program implementation results.
Teaching:
- Prepare engaging and easy to understand lesson plans, lectures and learning materials for Software Testing courses.
- Teaching theory and practice of software testing methods, techniques and tools.
Practical Guidance: Guide students/trainees to carry out practical projects to practice skills.
Assessment: Evaluate student/trainee learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.

Research: Research and update new knowledge on software testing and apply new teaching methods, technology and industry trends to improve teaching quality.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other parts of the organization to ensure quality training.

Job Requirements

Qualification: University degree in Information Technology or related fields. Master's or PhD degree is an advantage.
Certificate: Have international Software Testing certificate (ISTQB, CSTP...)
Language: Fluent in English.
Online teaching experience: If the organization has a need for online training.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of working experience in software testing.
- Teaching or training experience is an advantage.
- Experience working on large scale software development projects.
Skills & Abilities:
- Master knowledge of software development process and software testing methods.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing and defect management tools.
- Ability to communicate knowledge in a clear, understandable and inspiring manner.
- Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of software development processes (SDLC).
