Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for developing strategies, managing legal and planning issues, negotiating finances, and managing risks for projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy development: Establish a roadmap, project portfolio, and ensure implementation progress.
Legal & Planning: Lead the process of working with authorities, completing investment, land, and permit procedures.
Negotiation & Finance: Signing PPAs and EPCs; developing financial models and raising capital from funds/banks.
Risk management: Analyzing, forecasting, and proposing response plans to the Board of Directors.

REQUEST:

Experience: Minimum 7 years in the energy industry, 5 years in a management role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in bringing projects from "blank land" to COD (Certified Commercial Operation Date).
Expertise: Thorough understanding of investment law, land law, Power Development Plan VIII, and financial models (IRR, NPV).
Skills: Fluent English; strategic thinking; negotiation skills and networking with stakeholders (EVN, regulatory agencies).
