Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Design databases considering functional and non-functional requirements, write readable and testable code, and continuously refactor products for improvement. Share technical knowledge both internally and externally and educate junior members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design database taking into account of functional and non-functional requirements
Write readable and testable code within limited time
Improve a product by continuous refactoring
Share technical knowledge not only internally but also externally
Educate junior members

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years for Web development (2+ years for Ruby)
Experience to operate an application on a production environment
Experience to collaborate with several teams
Experience to work on E2E testing
English skill (professional working proficiency)
Experience with Docker/Container
Experience to develop BtoB applications
Japanese skill
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: testing, familiarity with Tiếng Nhật, experienced with Ruby On Rails, and able to use Tiếng Anh.
Bên cạnh đó, ứng viên nên có kiến thức về: understanding of Developer, kinh nghiệm làm việc với Ruby Developer, Software, và a strong grasp of Web Developer.
