JOB DETAILS: This position is primarily responsible for financial accounting, administrative and labor management, and supporting recruitment activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Accounting (70%)
- Handling monthly payments (preparing and organizing documents, working with the main bank).
- Prepare various types of reports for government agencies and internal reports.
- External: Cash flow statement, expense & revenue statement, checklist
- Internal: Quarterly/semi-annual labor situation reports, investment performance evaluation reports.
Labor Management Administration (20%)
- Managing employee timekeeping and payroll (in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi), and handling labor-related issues.
- Assisting with audit work (working with audit firms and accounting consultants).
- Perform social insurance procedures: new registration, adjustment of contribution levels, increase/decrease in workforce.
Recruitment support (10%)
- Recruitment support: posting job advertisements, working with recruiters, scheduling interviews, and notifying candidates of results.
- Draft and send offers and probationary contracts.
- Drafting and managing employment contracts and their appendices.
REQUEST:- Age: Under 40
- Qualifications: University graduate (preferably a four-year university graduate from Japan)
- Japanese language proficiency: N2 level or higher
- Required: At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting at a Japanese company.
- Interested in the field of human resource consulting and aspiring to develop a career in consulting in the future.
- Having a clear career path, and being able to explain why they want to work at the consulting firm and at BConVN.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Financial Skills.
