1. Job Description
Receive drawings, measure quantities to prepare cost estimates for construction items;
Prepare and compile tender estimates and tender documents;
Participate in project contracts and coordinate with the Project Department to update records and prepare final accounts for the project.
Coordinate with the Construction Management Department to finalize the quantity and quality control documents for the project.
Perform other professional duties as assigned by the management or department head.
2. Job Requirements
Educational qualifications: College/University graduate in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, or related fields.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cost estimation in the mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Skill:
Read and understand technical drawings and use design software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit (if applicable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel), and knowledgeable in using specialized cost estimation software (DT, G8).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Capable of working independently and under high pressure.
Other requirements:
Willing to travel for business and communicate with clients.
The ability to find clients independently (if needed) is an advantage.
