Job Description

- Job details:

- Responsible for preparing various drinks according to customer recipes and requests.
- Manage and control the raw materials inventory, ensuring both quantity and quality.
- Proficient in using sales management software and generating daily revenue and expenditure reports.
- Manage personnel, coordinate and assign tasks to bartenders.
- Ensure that staff complete their assigned tasks effectively and maintain service quality.

- Job requirements:

- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Possess a thorough understanding of various types of beverages and bartending skills.
- Proficient in using bartending equipment and tools.
- Capable of managing, organizing, and coordinating work.
- Honest, quick-witted, enthusiastic, and responsible in their work.
