Job description
Receive, analyze and handle customer feedback/complaints related to product quality
Coordinate with relevant departments (production, engineering, R&D, warehouse, import-export) to check and verify product defects
Work with customers (mainly foreign partners) to update the status of quality issues and propose solutions.
Assist in preparing product quality inspection documents, manufacturing defect reports, risk assessments and related records
Monitor output quality control process, ensuring products meet international safety standards
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
Proficient in English or Japanese N3 or higher.
Have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
Have good communication, problem solving and situation handling skills.
Have experience working with foreign customers.
Ability to use computers and office software proficiently (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work under high pressure.
