Responsible for developing strategies, coordinating and managing marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, attract potential customers, and promote sales of Airnano agricultural drones in the Vietnam market. This position will lead small teams (content, event, media) to effectively implement communication campaigns and product promotions.
Main responsibilities
1. Overall strategy & management
- Build content strategy according to each stage of the customer journey (Awareness Consideration Decision Loyalty).
- Define brand voice, communication story and key messaging.
- Plan content development for channels: Facebook, Zalo OA, YouTube, TikTok, website, sales documents.
2. Team management & development
- Manage content team (writing, videos, design), assign and monitor work performance.
- Guide and train the team to create content that meets customer insights according to each growing region and season.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Aftersale departments to update market realities.
3. Brand & Communications Campaign Management
- Coordinate with Digital team to implement advertising campaigns, seeding, customer care.
- Track content effectiveness: engagement rate, conversion, reach by region/channel.
- Build & optimize brand content library for each plant, each object.
4. Sales support and market development
- Work closely with the Sales department and the Project-Market department to create campaigns that target the right customers (farmers, agents, cooperatives...).
- Implement local marketing activities to support market and dealer teams.
5. Brand communication
- Manage Airnano brand image on all media channels.
- Monitor market feedback to adjust campaigns and communication messages.
6. Report analysis
- Track KPIs of each marketing activity, periodically report to the Board of Directors.
- Analyze market data and customer behavior to make recommendations for strategic improvements.
