JOB DETAILS
- Manage Customer Care team via call
- Team size: 20 people
- Listen to sales consultations from sales staff over the phone every day
- Ensure that team activities comply with service delivery policies, regulations and standards.
- Training & coaching new employees.
- Improve the quality of the team in charge, daily quality control.
- Report and analyze employee performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University or higher
- Equivalent experience in call center 1-2 years in similar position
- Manage teams of 10 or more employees
WORKING TIME
- Day shift: 07:00 – 16:00, 09:00
18:00 12:00 – 21:00, 13:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 19:00 – 04:00 20:00 – 05:00
21:00 – 06:00 22:00 – 07:00
-Rotating 24/7 9 hour shifts (Including 1h30p lunch break). OFF 2 days a week
