Job Description

- Job details:

Responsible for recruiting positions in the finance industry (recruiting from mass workers to senior level).
Handle the entire recruitment process: posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
Coordinate with departments to ensure staffing needs are met on schedule.
Participate in building a pool of candidates and improving recruitment efficiency.
Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.

- Job requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong in recruitment.
Experience in recruitment within the finance/banking/debt collection/fintech sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, and able to withstand recruitment pressure.
Ready to start work immediately
