- Job details:
- Responsible for recruiting positions in the finance industry (recruiting from mass workers to senior level).
- Handle the entire recruitment process: posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure staffing needs are met on schedule.
- Participate in building a pool of candidates and improving recruitment efficiency.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.
- Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, strong in recruitment.
- Experience in recruitment within the finance/banking/debt collection/fintech sector is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, and able to withstand recruitment pressure.
