- Produce unique and creative content including images, videos, bilingual articles and stories to drive engagement and create connections with customers.
- Manage the Resort's image & video resources.
- Reach and engage effectively with customers through social media platforms.
- Build and manage marketing and communication campaigns on social media sites, press, and media programs to promote brand awareness and generate positive engagement from the online community.
- Budget, develop and execute advertising campaigns across social platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Social Platform and Website Management: Manage and maintain Diamond Bay Resort & Spa's social media pages, including Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter to ensure content is always updated and interesting.
- Coordinate with other departments within the resort to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and with quality.
- Responsible for the marketing department's revenue on social media sites.
- Deploy service information related to media events to keep operations departments informed and coordinated.
- Responsible for ensuring that all services are processed properly and promptly.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify metrics, and make adjustments to optimize results.
- Interact with the online community, respond to feedback and requests from customers to build positive relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all general resort activities.
- Willing to perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager and Board of Directors.
