Job Description

Prepare a report proposing the development of real estate projects (Analyze and evaluate projects, customer service, participate in proposing solutions for sales implementation...);
Support in developing Business and Marketing Plan proposals;
Research and report on real estate market;
Participate in implementing business plans and project marketing;
Participate in implementing and managing project sales;
Other tasks assigned by Management.

Candidate requirements

Gender: Male/Female
Degree: College degree or higher, majoring in Economics, Commerce, Real Estate Business or related fields.
Computer: Proficient in office software.
Competency: In-depth knowledge of planning, analyzing business plans and real estate investment, experience in supervising and managing work. Ability to build, establish and maintain relationships.
Skills: Good presentation and communication skills; Research and reporting skills on the real estate market by region; Honest, quick, meticulous and responsible.

Income

Income: 15 - 20 million VND
Fixed salary regardless of sales

Interest

Salary: Fixed salary from 15 million to 20 million + Project commission (High commission rate)

13th month salary. Performance Bonus.
