Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides technical advice and support about fitting to customers, factories, and merchandisers, ensuring fitting meets product specifications and managing the team for effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical advice and support about fitting to customers, factories, merchandisers.
Communicate with designer on buyer’s side.
Provide guidelines to ensure fitting meets product specifications.
Identify customers’ fitting requirements based on their design concepts/sketches/photos.
Provide guidelines on production processes.
Manage the team to ensure team’s working effectiveness.
Apply appropriate quality as required by technical team according to product category.
Provide technical advice and support to design, merchandising and production team during product development and production.
Oversee the team in daily work in fit approval, size set sample sealing, paper pattern knowledge.
Responsible for handover of the new developments and liaise with relevant parties.
Cung cấp tư vấn kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ về sự phù hợp/ vừa vặn khi mặc cho khách hàng, nhà máy, nhân viên theo dõi đơn hàng.
Giao tiếp với nhà thiết kế về phía người mua.
Cung cấp các hướng dẫn để đảm bảo sự phù hợp/ vừa vặn đáp ứng các thông số kỹ thuật của sản phẩm.
Xác định yêu cầu về sự phù hợp/vừa vặn của khách hàng dựa trên ý tưởng/bản phác thảo/hình ảnh thiết kế của họ.
Cung cấp các hướng dẫn về các quy trình sản xuất.
Quản lý nhóm để đảm bảo hiệu quả làm việc của nhóm.
Áp dụng chất lượng phù hợp theo yêu cầu của bộ phận kỹ thuật tùy theo các loại sản phẩm.
Cung cấp lời khuyên và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nhóm thiết kế, bán hàng và sản xuất trong quá trình phát triển và sản xuất sản phẩm.
Giám sát nhóm trong công việc hàng ngày trong việc phê duyệt phù hợp, niêm phong mẫu theo kích thước, kiến thức về rập giấy.
Chịu trách nhiệm bàn giao các mẫu phát triển mới và liên hệ với các bên liên quan.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in fashion design/garment technology preferred.
Having at least 3 years of working experience in position of Technical Designer in Garment industry.
Good understanding of garment construction & pattern.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Experience in garment manufacturing or garment fitting on mannequin is a plus.
Experienced in CAD program/ Vsticher/ Shock snap software is a plus.
Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Having deep understanding of global design trending.
Ưu tiên bằng đại học liên quan đến chuyên ngành Công nghệ may/ Thiết kế thời trang.
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh thiết kế kỹ thuật, ưu tiên ngành hàng may mặc.
Có kiến thức tốt về cấu trúc trang phục và rập.
Kỹ năng nói và viết tiếng Anh lưu loát.
Có kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất trang phục hoặc điều chỉnh độ vừa vặn trên ma nơ canh là 1 lợi thế.
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng chương trình CAD/ Vsticher/ phần mềm Shock snap là 1 lợi thế.
Có khả năng xây dựng mối quan hệ vững mạnh trong nhóm, kỹ năng giao tiếp nội bộ trong nhóm và bên ngoài nhóm 1 cách hiệu quả.
