Job Description

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Managing and handling day-to-day accounts and related tasks across all outlets, including recording of receipts, cash flow discrepancies and item returns.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Managing and handling day-to-day accounts and related tasks across all outlets, including recording of receipts, cash flow discrepancies and item returns.
Ensuring payments to suppliers are made on time.
Monthly profit and loss report and analysis.
Quarterly account closing and submission to accounting firm.
Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
Coordinating of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.

YÊU CẦU:

Gender：Any.
Age：25~ 40 years old.
Education level：University.
Language：Japanese N3~N2 (communication skill) or Good English.
Can join overseas training in Singapore for 1 month or shorter.
Chief accountant certification.
Degree in Accountancy/Business studies.
Proficient in Google Sheets.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent and responsible in work.
Able to handle full set accounts.
